Your privacy rights

1. What we collect

Short version: only what lenders need to consider your request, plus basic site analytics that never include personal information.

• Loan request data (only if you submit a request): name, date of birth, contact details, address, residency status, income and employment details, pay schedule, Social Security number, driver's license/state ID number, bank name, account type, routing and account numbers.
• Consent records: the exact consent text you agreed to, its version, a timestamp, your IP address, and browser user-agent — kept as proof of your authorization.
• Technical data: aggregate page analytics without personal identifiers. We do not put personal information in URLs, analytics events, or logs.
• Optional email signup: just your email, if you separately request resources.

2. How we use it

Short version: to attempt to match your request with lenders, and for nothing sneaky.

• Presenting your request to lenders and lending partners in our network so they can decide whether to offer you a loan — this is the service you're asking us to perform.
• Operating, securing, and improving the site; preventing fraud and abuse.
• Sending transactional messages about your request, and educational content only if you separately opted in (see Marketing Practices).
• Meeting legal, audit, and network-compliance obligations.

3. Who receives your information

Short version: lenders and lending partners — that's the point of the service — plus the vendors that run our infrastructure.

• Lenders and lending partners: when you submit a request with consent, it is transmitted to network participants who may make you an offer. They may retain and use it under their own privacy policies, including contacting you. Multiple parties may receive it.
• Service providers: hosting, database, and security vendors bound by contract to process data only for us.
• Legal: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud.
• We do not sell SSNs or bank details to marketers, and we do not share your sensitive data with anyone outside the flow above.

4. How we protect it

• TLS encryption for everything in transit.
• Application-layer AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for SSN and bank account fields.
• Masking of sensitive fields everywhere in our admin tools and logs; unmasking is click-to-reveal and audit-logged.
• Rate limiting, bot filtering, and strict content-security policies on the request flow.

5. How long we keep it

Sensitive fields (SSN, ID numbers, bank account and routing numbers) are purged on a schedule — by default 90 days after your request is delivered {{LEGAL REVIEW: retention period}}. Consent records and delivery metadata are retained longer because networks and regulators require proof of authorization. The complete data path is documented in our internal data map, available to regulators and network compliance teams on request.

6. Your choices and rights

• Delete your data: use the data deletion request page. We honor deletion of everything we're not legally required to retain, and confirm when done.
• Unsubscribe: every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any SMS.
• State privacy rights: residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of certain sharing. • Do-not-share going forward: ask us at support@paydaymetro.com and we will stop presenting your past request to additional parties.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use only what's needed to run the site and count visits in aggregate. We do not run third-party ad trackers on the loan request flow, and no cookie or analytics event ever contains your personal information.

8. Children

This site is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
