1. What PaydayMetro is (and is not)
PaydayMetro is not a lender, does not broker loans, and does not make credit decisions. This website provides a free service that attempts to connect the loan request you submit with independent lenders and lending partners who may offer you a loan. Submitting a request is not an application for credit with PaydayMetro and does not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender, be offered a loan, or receive any particular loan amount, rate, or terms. Lenders may verify your information and may perform credit checks through traditional or alternative credit bureaus, which can affect your credit score. Loan amounts, transfer times, repayment terms, and costs vary by lender and by state, and short-term loans are a form of high-cost credit. Not available in all states. This service earns revenue from participating lenders and lending partners when a request is delivered.
By using this site you understand that any loan you obtain is a contract between you and the lender only. The lender — not PaydayMetro — sets your terms, disburses funds, and collects payments. Review every loan agreement carefully before signing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a US resident, and use the site for yourself. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and yours. Submitting another person's information without authority is prohibited and may be unlawful.
3. The connecting service
Submitting a request authorizes us to share it with lenders and lending partners in our network as described in Your Privacy Rights and the consent shown at submission. We do not guarantee that any lender will accept your request or that any particular amount, rate, or funding time will be offered. Availability varies by state — see state rules — and we do not route requests from states where the product is prohibited.
4. No fees to you; how we're paid
The service is free to borrowers. We receive compensation from lenders and lending partners when a request is delivered. This compensation may affect which lenders receive or prioritize your request; it never adds to your loan cost, which is set by state law and the lender.
5. Educational content
Articles, calculators, and state pages are general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and may contain figures pending verification. Verify anything that matters against your lender's disclosures or your state regulator, and consider a nonprofit credit counselor for personalized help.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated submissions, or interference with the site's operation.
- No submitting false, fraudulent, or third-party information.
- No use that violates any applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaydayMetro disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for the acts, omissions, products, or terms of any lender or lending partner, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived. {{LEGAL REVIEW: liability, arbitration, and governing-law provisions}}

We may update these terms; continued use after posting means acceptance. We'll date all revisions here.
