Delete your data

What gets deleted: your loan request details, including encrypted identity and banking fields (if not already purged by our retention schedule), and any resources-list email signup.

What we must keep: consent records and delivery metadata for requests that were delivered to lenders — regulators and network audits require proof of authorization. These contain no bank numbers, and sensitive fields inside them are purged on our standard schedule. Also note: lenders who already received your request hold their own copy under their own privacy policies — we'll tell you which lender received it so you can contact them too.
